Policy Writing & Development

Policy writing isn’t typically top of mind for entrepreneurs, and typically, there are even a few employees on board before the need for policies becomes apparent, often not for the right reasons. Many business owners get burned by clients/customers or employees and realize that they need policies in place to protect them on all fronts.

Dr. Anderson is a policy pro. He can create your company policies from HR to onboarding and when to take a client or service provider on vs pass on them.
