Meet Dr. Ryan Anderson, Founder of No Coast Consulting, and Tenured Business Professor at Grand View University.
Dr. Ryan created No Coast Consulting with a vision of empowering individuals to align their passion and vocation, achieve their professional aspirations, and attain fulfillment while maintaining a positive balance between work, life and community involvement. His vision has expanded to include partnering with companies to create outstanding work environments that retain top talent, foster positive culture, and recognize employees as the driving force behind business success.

As an Associate Professor of Business at Grand View University with his doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, Dr. Ryan teaches many different courses focused on Economics and Finance. These courses include:

Prior Education and Experience
Before completing his doctorate, Dr. Ryan obtained his MBA with a concentration in Finance from Drake University. He started his professional career with a focus on Project Management and Financial Analytics primarily for Financial Services and Insurance Companies, gaining a repertoire of experience among large Fortune 500 companies such as Standard and Poors (McGraw-Hill), Principal Financial Group and Hewlett-Packard.

Dr. Ryan is a published Author that has written GET HIRED 2nd Edition: The 21st Century Job Search along with its first edition. The second edition has been updated to meet the ever-changing challenges of getting the job.
Board Certified Career Coach through the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE)
